I design dialogue — between people, between people and machines, between what is said and what is meant.

Conversation design is not about words. It is about the shape of exchange. The pause before the answer. The question that opens rather than closes. The silence that is itself a response.

Both live here. One is not the absence of the other.

I work with voice interfaces, chatbots, AI agents, and the spaces in between. My focus: dialogue that feels like it was written by someone who listened first.

I do not take every project. Silence is also an answer.
